Gradually restaurants, sometimes reluctant to publish menus online, are revealing its offer for Christmas and New Year's dinners. We've got the New Year's Eve menu of the Restaurant at Hotel Pacha in Ibiza. We loved it, especially the Norway Lobster toast and the dessert with gold foil. If you can get the gold foil and you are not force to eat it, maybe yo can recover some of the 180 euros / 244 USD / 149 GBP the menu cost per person. Wine and Champagne selection is also awesome and paying the menu you get as well the right to get into the Pacha's club that night.
