mascarpone cake with smoked fish

INGREDIENTS (4 people) : 

Loaf of Bread
Varied of smokedfished ( halibut , or salmon etc) ,about 4 oz
250 grams / 0.55 Lb of mascarpone cheese
milk
Chopped dill
butter

We chose a silicone mold or aluminum that can go in the oven . For the silicone one is not necessary to grease it but if the second place butter everywhere.
Place the bread at the bottom of the tray till fully cover it ( put away the breadcrust) . Pour some milk to lightly moisten the bread. Then cover the bread layer with a thick layer of mascarpone cheese ( a cheese that is smeared with ease , as you know if you have done tiramisu ) .
Spend half of mascarpone in that first layer and then cover it with smoked fish. Then another layer of bread , once again lightly dipped in milk, and over another of mascarpone, rather thick ( spend the remaining half ) . Above the last layer of mascarpone,place the remaining smoked fish . Finally you sprinkle dill for garnish.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C / 375 F and introduce tray for twenty minutes or until edges of bread begin to brown.

Let cool to room and then bring to the refrigerator temperature. It is served cold.
