Easy pumpkin cookie recipe

With a very simple mold we can make  terrifying cookies.


100 grams (3.5 oz) pumpkin
100 grams (3.5 oz) butter
100 grams (3.5 oz) sugar
200 grams (7 oz) of white bread flour
Half a teaspoon of chemical baking powder 
1 pinch of salt

First we boil the pumpkin and when soft we crush with a fork (let drain to eliminate the excess of water).

With the microwave oven we soften the butter. Mix the butter and sugar using rods or electric mixer.

Then add to the butter and sugar mixture the pulp of the mashed pumpkin, the pinch of salt, the sifted flour and baking powder, then mix them all with a spoon or rod, not with electric mixer (if there texture is "thick" it tastes much better).

We put the mixture into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour in the fridge.

After that time we took from the fridge and with a rolling pin to flatten it to get half a centimeter thick. If we have a pumpkin-shaped mold or the like, cut cookies.

Preheat oven to 140 degrees Celsius (284 F) and place the cookies on a baking paper. With 20 minutes will suffice (or until golden).

With this recipe depending on the cookie cutter is used, it is possible to obtain between 15 and 25 cookies.
