As you know, the brownies were the result of a mistake: a cook forgot to put yeast in a chocolate cake and when he was about to discard the result, he thought of giving it a bite "let's see how it tastes"
Since then, brownies have been a highly requested sweet due to their ease of preparation and their flavor, irresistible for chocoaddicts.
In general, brownies need around a dozen ingredients but as it is always easier to cook with few ingredients, here you have a reduction to three which, however, does not lack anything, neither flavor nor presentation.
INGREDIENTS :
- 250 grams (8.5 oz) of Nutella
- 100 grams (3.5 oz) of flour (the type of flour is not critical, almost any type will do well)
- 2 eggs
Pour the Nutella, the beaten eggs and the well-sifted flour into a bowl and mix until obtaining a homogeneous dough, that there are no lumps and making sure that the eggs have impregnated the dough well.
To bake the dough you need a rectangular tray of about 20 x 30 cm (approx 8 x 12 inches). If it is smaller, the resulting brownie will be thicker and if it is larger, less.
We line the tray with baking paper. If we do not have it, we can spread it with butter, but it is much better with paper to be able to unmold without breaking.
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees (356 F) and in about 20-25 minutes the brownie will be ready as it is: crispy on the top layer and fluffy in the center.
Let cool completely, unmold and cut into similarly sized portions.
The tricky thing about this recipe is waiting long enough for it to cool. The smell it gives off is too tempting to wait that long.
