A recipe that with minimum ingredients you get maximum results. Useful as a side dish or main course, it is always delicious.
INGREDIENTS (4 people):
1 kg (2.2 pounds) of potatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 bunch of parsley (use only leaves)
Salt
Black pepper
Frying oil (olive, canola, corn, etc.)
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. In a saucepan with boiling water pour the potatoes until they begin to soften (but not quite).
Remove from heat, drain and reserve
In a pan add a generous stream of oil and fry the garlic clove. When it is golden, we remove it to incorporate the cooked potato cubes until they are golden brown on all sides. Then add the vinegar, chopped parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
We leave it a minute in low fire and ready to serve. You will see that with very few cheap ingredients you can get a meal that you will repeat frequently.
