Fast and easy deserts

Here are some recipes can be done easily with common ingredients you have at the kitchen, in case you forgot to prepare something for 'that' special meal.

Pears in wine and cream

Peel the pears - one per person -, best if they are hard. Then place in a saucepan with half a glass of red wine, 6 tablespoons of  sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon stick. You bring to  boil and then medium heat until pears are soft. Take pears from the saucepan, place them in the middle of an ice cream ball (that it will lightly melt with the hot of the pear) with whipped cream. Served with knife and fork to cut the pulp of the fruit. You can use apples if you do not have pears.

Pudding

Any type of flour or bakery product can be "curdled" if we can add milk and mix with eggs. If the bakery products has not sugar we should add it. Imagine you have a very hard plum cake. We put it to soak in milk until it softens. Then we crush it with a fork until it becomes an unrecognizable dough. We add two eggs. Then we add two tablespoons of sugar, that's the quantity needed per each egg (with less quantity would remain some taste of egg). We mix well with whisk. We bake for half an hour at 190 degrees / 370 F and voilà! we have a nice pudding. You can use bread (then you have to add 100 grams / 3.22 oz  of sugar per 6 slices of bread since it has very few sugar) or even cupcakes (only two tablespoons of sugar because cupcakes carry much of it) and so on...

Hot chocolate

You want to make a hot chocolate to fill up a cake or cover the ice cream but you only have the powder chocolate you use for the children's milk.
You pour a pint of milk in a saucepan and make it hot. Pour the chocolate powder and sifted flour until thick (add slowly the flour and stop to add immediately after chocolate thickens).

Individual yogurt cake in the microwave

To make a cake in the microwave you need a ceramic mug, 4 tablespoons flour, four tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons corn oil or sunflower oil, three tablespoons of unsweetened plain yogurt, an egg and a tablespoon of yeast.

First we put a tablespoon of butter in the bowl and merge with the microwave. We took the cup, then move it with a swinging and thus bathe the whole inside with the melted  butter.
Pour all ingredients, stir with spoon strongly and three minutes in the microwave on high power. Unmold and ready to eat a delicious sponge cake.

Apple puff

On the pastry you place apple slices and cover them with 5 or 6 butter tablespoons and spread two tablespoons of sugar. The place in oven at 190 degress / 370 F until the pastry rises and it's ready to eat.

Things that can not miss in the kitchen to make quick desserts: bread flour, eggs, milk, cocoa powder, cream, fruits (apples are especially grateful to all kinds of dessert) and butter.
