Coconut candy


There are people who love coconut candy because of its taste and because they are very easy to make.  Some others, however, hates them for the texture of the grated coconout. 

If you are one of the firsts, you would be happy to know that they only require coconut, sugar and eggs.

INGREDIENTS :

200 grams (7 oz) of grated coconut
200 grams (7 oz)  of granulated white sugar (the usual one)
4 eggs

Mix the beaten eggs with the grated coconut and sugar. You will get a wet dough.

Let stand about 30 minutes.

With the hands we form balls the size of a nut. We place them in the oven tray separated from each other at least 10 cm (5 inches)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius (392 F) and let it do for about 5 minutes (or until visibly brown).
