The obatzda with a huge pretzel. Tablecloth looks like the Munich flag |
The Obatzda is a very typical German dip from Bavaria that is usually served in breweries accompanied by toasts or pretzels. Its history is not very old, dating back to the twenties of the last century when a waitress had the idea of preparing this recipe that ended up liked so much by the clients that it quickly became popular in the region. If you went to Munich during the Oktoberfest it is that orange color cream that the beer jug did not let you see.
